Do I need a reservation?

Can I host an event at DayDreamer?

Can I add extras to my stay?
Yes! We offer a variety of room add-ons to enhance your experience, including champagne + glasses (or wine), horseback riding, floats for 1 or 2 in our Float Spa, charcuterie plates in your room upon arrival, massages, and more. All add-ons will be charged to the card on file. Don’t see something you’re looking for? Call us at (269) 906-0916, and we’d be happy to work with you to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
Is there a deposit?
If you're booking more than 45 days out, we require a deposit of half the total room rate plus taxes at the time of booking. The rest of the balance is due 45 days before your stay. If you're booking within 45 days of your visit, we’ll charge the full amount to your card.
What’s the cancellation policy?
To support our small business and ensure we can continue offering the best experience for all our guests, cancellations must be made at least 45 days before your stay for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. This fee helps cover processing and administrative costs. Cancellations made within 45 days of your stay are non-refundable, with no exceptions. Please note, the $25 fee applies to all cancellations.
Can I bring my own firewood?
For safety and environmental reasons, we do not allow outside firewood. However, we offer gas fire pits and wood-burning options outside the pool area. If you'd like a fire during your stay, we’re happy to deliver wood bundles directly to your dome for a small charge.
Are children allowed?
We welcome children 6+ to stay Monday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday nights, the Domes are strictly 21+due to our exclusive events. On Sundays, children are allowed to stay, but unfortunately, they are not permitted in the pool area during our Sunday Funday events, which are 21+ only.
How many people can stay in a dome?
The base rate for each dome includes 2 people regardless of bed configuration. If you’re bringing additional guests, there is a $25 per person, per night fee. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for your dome and includes pool access for extra guests. If you arrive with more than 2 people and they are not on your reservation, a $150 per night feewill be added to your booking, regardless of whether it’s 1 or 2 extra guests.
Can I have guests in my dome?
All guests must be registered, and day passes for visitors are available in limited quantities.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at DayDreamer Domes. We know how much pets mean to you, but we are unable to accommodate them at this time.
Can I bring my own food and drinks to the pool?
For the enjoyment of all our guests, no outside food or beverages are allowed at the pool, including in bottles, cans, or coolers. You're more than welcome to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. However, we offer a selection of snacks, drinks, and cocktails at the poolside for your convenience.
