REFUND POLICY
At DayDreamer Domes, we’re a small, locally run and owned business, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies. Please take a look at our guidelines below:
Dome Reservations

Cancellation: You may cancel your dome reservation up to 45 days before your arrival, with a $50 cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs. However, cancellations within 45 days of arrival are not allowed—no exceptions. As much as we’d love to be flexible, last-minute changes create challenges for us as a small business.

Rescheduling: If you're outside the 45-day window, you may call to reschedule your trip. If the new date has a lower price, no refunds will be given. If the price is higher, you’ll be required to pay the difference at the time of rescheduling. However, within 45 days of arrival, dome reschedules are NOT allowed—no exceptions.

Gift Your Stay: If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift your stay to someone else! Just let us know in advance, and they’ll need to follow our usual booking requirements (e.g., must be 21+).
Room Add-Ons
Non-refundable: All massages, room add-ons (e.g., horseback riding, special experiences), and similar services are non-refundable once booked. This is because these services often involve third-party vendors or outside professionals. Once you book, we’ve secured their time, and we can’t offer refunds since they’re committed to you.
Float Bookings

Rescheduling: Float rescheduling is extremely rare and only allowed in exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency).

No Reschedules: Rescheduling will not be allowed for reasons like getting a new tattoo, dying your hair, or anything else listed as why you shouldn’t float. These factors affect your float and safety.

Documentation: If rescheduling is considered, documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) will be required, but this is not something we typically accommodate.
Pool Passes / Event Tickets / Other Purchases

Non-refundable: Once purchased, pool passes, event tickets, and other items are non-refundable.

Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled, we will issue a full refund.

Rain-Checks: No rain-checks for events or pool passes, but we hope to see you next time!
