Sauna Waiver & Release of Liability
Welcome to the Fire & Ice Sauna Experience at DayDreamer Domes!
Before you immerse yourself in the heat (and maybe a little ice), we need to go over a few things to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone. By signing below, you’re agreeing to the terms, so please take a moment to read through them.
Dress Code: Bathing Suits Required
Bathing suits are required for sauna use. We want everyone to feel comfortable, but let’s keep it appropriate—no nudity in the sauna, please!
You’re welcome to wear a robe as well, but make sure the bathing suit stays on.
We also ask that you bring a towel to sit on while in the sauna. It’s more hygienic, more comfortable, and just good sauna etiquette.
Bottom line: If you’re in the sauna, make sure you're wearing a bathing suit (and a robe if you feel like it).
Hydration is Key
Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna session. It’s one of the easiest ways to make sure you have the best experience possible.
Please avoid alcohol, drugs, and tobacco before or during your sauna session. This ensures a safer, more enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Listen to Your Body
If you begin feeling lightheaded, dizzy, overheated, or uncomfortable at any point, it’s important to exit the sauna right away and take a break.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are on medications that might affect your ability to handle heat, please consult your doctor beforehand.
Always remember: your health and safety come first. If you’re feeling off, take a break. Sauna sessions are meant to relax, not stress your body.
Safety Guidelines
No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the sauna without a responsible adult. Minors must also follow all the same rules as adults, including the dress code and safety guidelines.
For your safety and the safety of others, no sharp objects, metal items, shoes (slippers - yours or provided - are okay!) glassware, food, or drinks are allowed in the sauna. These can be hazardous and disrupt the peaceful sauna environment.
Hot surfaces ahead: The stove, sauna rocks, and chimney are all extremely hot. Please avoid touching them or resting against them to prevent burns.
Only clean water is allowed on the sauna rocks. Please refrain from using soap, oils, or any other liquids, as these can damage the sauna and affect the experience for everyone.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By signing below, you acknowledge that sauna use carries inherent risks, including but not limited to heat exhaustion, burns, dizziness, and discomfort. You voluntarily assume these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
You agree to release DayDreamer Domes and its staff from any claims or liabilities related to personal injury, property damage, or discomfort that may arise during your participation in the sauna experience. This includes any advice or instructions provided to you before or during the session.
It’s important to note that sauna use is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you’re unsure whether sauna use is right for you, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.
By signing below, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms outlined above, and you voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating in the sauna experience.
